One of the questions that always comes up is 'What's the difference between a local company versus a national company?' And it probably starts with what you're seeing right now. An individual who's actually a member of the alarm company that can be reached by telephone at any time to assist you. A local company provides much better service when you have a repair or need an addition of your alarm, you can reach someone locally. Someone you've dealt with before, and that is a tremendous advantage. You're not dealing with an operator from another state. I've always preferred dealing with local contractors. I think there's no more intimate relationship than you will have with your alarm company. So it's really important to deal with a local contractor that you're comfortable with.
